I have the tasks in the do first section time blocked on Google Calendar as well so I could receive a reminder on my phone. 

And all the other tasks that are less important should go to the to-do list section. 

By doing that, you can see at a glance what tasks you should focus on first and what you should wait to do. 

The note section is for anything else that you need to take note of. You can write down your meal plan, things to buy, and appointment for next week.
