THE BEST TO-DO LIST TIPS

1. Be smart in writing your to-do list.

Write down what matters most. Do not put things that you do every day that does not need reminders. Like, For what time you should wake up, just set your alarm but do not list it down. It will only make your list longer.

It is frustrating when you realize that you just wasted so much time and energy on something that is less important. Be sure that you are only listing down things that really matter.

Write everything down in your master to-do list. Finish first the most important task, schedule things that do not require immediate attention, delegate things that you hate, and cancel things that do not bring you closer to your goals.

Do not over-commit yourself. Leave a few minutes of cushion time in between tasks just in case something comes up.

If you love printables this to-do list is perfect but if not this one planner from Amazon will help you organize your to-do list, top priorities, and more.

2.  Finish the most important things first (MIT)

Write down at least three MIT and focus on them. Give quality to your task to get the best outcome and avoid repeating the work.

Checking your progress and time spent on a certain task is a great way to meet your deadline. Use an alarm if needed and be clear about what you want to accomplish.

3. Give attention to the things that give you peace of mind.

Getting in touch with a family member that needs your help and talking to your child about her behavior are some examples of the things that we delay and cause us stress.

It affects our mental and physical health because of worries and anxiety. Face the situation no matter how difficult it is and get done with it!

4. Prepare your to-do list the night before

By planning your activities ahead you will have a clear vision of your duties for the following day. By doing that, you would be able to efficiently manage your time in the morning.

5. Use words of affirmation

Whatever your goals are, using Inspirational quotes and phrases is a great way to push yourself to do more toward your goals without much effort.

Affirmations are very effective and powerful. It can be applied to any situation which is why it is widely used. It touches our emotions and lifts our spirits.
